FJD Constructions was engaged to design and manage the construction of a modern industrial complex comprising 18 warehouse units with integrated mezzanine offices. The project was delivered under a Complying Development Certificate (CDC), with full coordination across architectural, structural, hydraulic, and fire protection disciplines.
Each unit features premium concrete façades, large roller shutters, and glass-fronted mezzanine offices, combining functionality with a clean, contemporary aesthetic. The complex includes landscaped surrounds, dedicated parking, and efficient accessways, designed to support flexible industrial use while maintaining architectural quality and compliance.
This project demonstrates FJD Constructions’ capability in end-to-end project delivery, from design development and consultant coordination through to construction management and completion, achieving a high-quality industrial product that enhances the Guildford West precinct.
