FJD Constructions was engaged to provide project management services and delivered full project and construction management for a 31-dwelling mixed residential development at 101, 111 & 121 Dove Lane, Warriewood, comprising a combination of three-storey homes with basements and lightweight townhouse structures.

The development required coordinated management of structural systems, staging, procurement, consultants, authorities and on-site trades to ensure quality, compliance and timely delivery across all three lots.

Highlights

Three-storey residences with basements, constructed using Dincel wall systems, suspended concrete slabs and lightweight framing above.
Cut-on-site timber roof structures across approximately 12 of the dwellings, coordinated with complex geometry and service integration.
Double-storey townhouses built using light timber framing, designed for efficient delivery and consistent architectural detailing.
Four freestanding double-storey homes, also delivered in light timber framing, each with individual layouts and façade treatments.
