FJD Constructions was engaged to provide project management services and managed the complete design coordination and Construction Certificate process for a residential development at 44 Bellevue Road, Bellevue Hill, comprising seven apartments in one of Sydney’s most prestigious suburbs.

This project required disciplined coordination across consultants, authorities and certifiers to achieve a fully compliant, premium residential outcome in one of Sydney’s most tightly regulated and high-value suburbs.

Highlights

Seven residences, designed with high-end architectural finishes, detailed services integration and strict Class 2 declared design compliance.
Full design management and coordination, including architectural, structural, hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, fire and acoustic disciplines, to ensure seamless alignment and readiness for CC approval.
Basement level, incorporating excavation design, shoring, waterproofing, structural slabs, parking layouts and compliant fire separation.
Declared design obligations, managed from early design through to CC issuance, ensuring all documentation met NSW Class 2 regulatory requirements.
