FJD Constructions was engaged to provide project management services and delivered full project and construction management for a residential development at 148–150 Woodland Street, Balgowlah, comprising four townhouses, each designed with premium structural systems, detailed architectural finishes and complex basement works.

The development required disciplined management of consultants, authorities, procurement, staging and on-site trades to deliver a premium residential product with complex basement and pool integration while maintaining program, compliance and quality standards.
