FJD Constructions was engaged to provide project management services for 571–575 Sydney Road, Seaforth, managing the delivery of a mixed-use development featuring ground-floor commercial tenancies, three levels of residential apartments above, and a two-level basement built to stringent structural and compliance requirements.

The development required coordinated management of consultants, authorities, procurement, staging and on-site trades to ensure seamless integration between commercial, residential and basement structures while maintaining quality, compliance and program certainty.
